Dating to the 1890's, a charming 9ct yellow Gold 'safety pin' style brooch decorated with a sweet Swallow (the romantic bird seen to 'always return') set with tiny lustrous natural Seed Pearls. An adorable gift for your beloved, this antique treasure is quite the prettiest and most loveable. The whole measures 4cm end to end. This piece has an historic repair which can be seen on the reverse of the tail, a break which has been reinforced, it is nicely strong now.
